Partners

The project is inspired by the idea of using gained experience to set up a system able to implement a logistic community that shares technologies with the aim of improving traffic, simplifying procedures and processes. This system can only be realized through the involvement of committed actors relevant for the objectives. That is why, the partnership involves actors disposed to share technologies and procedures and to common agree on a strategy to overcome the current limits imposed by a fragmentized information corridor. The necessity to share knowledge, data and methodologies is the reason for which the partnership includes an IPA partner, Container Terminal and General Cargo of Bar, Montenegro, as well as the involving of Port of Tripoli of Lebannon as an external partner. All partners included in the project were chosen for their expertise and willingness to participate in the MEDITA community logistics system. In fact, the majority of partners are operational partners such as ports and dry-ports.
